Use TTC V Blocks for the Error-free Holding of Round Stock During Machining Jobs. TTC V blocks are the perfect jigs you can have when you need to machine round workpieces, specifically. Since they are uniquely designed, they can help you hold your stock accurately and efficiently. All these V blocks are matched, and you get them precision ground to square and parallel. They come with high-quality castings tough and rugged enough to defend distortion, and thus, you can use them in rough working conditions. These easy-to-use stock-holding tools help you properly grip your workpieces while milling operations progress. TTC makes sure that all surfaces, including the sides, base, and contact surfaces of the blocks, are adequately machined. Hence, you can have reliable and repeatable reference surfaces for machining your stock. Moreover, the precision-ground V blocks manufactured by TTC offer an exact 90-degree angle at their center. TTC V blocks are available in models VEB-3, VEB-4, VEB-5, VEB-6, VEB-7, and VEB-8, and they come with maximum Vee capacities of 1-3/4, 2-3/16, 2-7/16, 3-1/4, 3-1/2, and 4-1/2 inches, respectively. They provide minimum capacities of the Vee as 5/16, 3/8, and 1/2 inches. The thickness per pair offered by the blocks ranges from 2-5/8 to 8 inches, and they have dimensions starting from 3 x 2-3/8 inches to 8 x 5-1/2 inches. The weights of these models are 2.4, 4.6, 8, 13, 27, and 44 pounds. Further, with every model of the VEB series V blocks, you get two matched V blocks that can be perfectly used with TTC matching clamps. Accurately machined, square and parallel
